Staff and students from Cabot Learning Federation’s (CLF) Post 16 provision in Kingswood came together to mark Eid.
Eid al-Fitr, marking the end of Ramadan, is a significant moment in the Islamic calendar. Following a month of fasting from dawn to sunset, as well as spiritual reflection, it is a time for joy, prayer, and togetherness. Across the world, Muslim communities celebrate by sharing meals, spending time with loved ones, and exchanging gifts.
The CLF Post 16 celebration reflected these traditions, bringing people together in a spirit of unity and cultural appreciation. The event provided an opportunity not only to celebrate but also to learn more about the meaning of Eid and the importance of community.
